Format
For tracking changes, ease of printing, and to
avoid excessive file size be sure to
  • Show revision date below title
  • Use blank background
  • Number pages
  • Assure legibility
  • Avoid small font (all fonts gt 18 point, this is
    24 point)
  • Avoid or limit use of colors

Content and organization are important, not fancy
effects!

Figures, Tables, References, etc.
  • Include a number and title for each figure and
    table.
  • Cite source of any figure, table, etc.
  • (see example on next slide)
  • Include a numbered, annotated set of references.
  • Provide a brief description of the contents,
    relevance, and other useful information about
    each reference.
