What are Angels? In a Biblical view

• Beings do exist in places other than earth -
  Messengers of God.
• Some countless beings filling the void around us,
  amazing beings who live in heaven.
• Angels have mingled in human affairs. We see them
  in dreams, visions, in person.
• We get help from them as a result from prayer and
  belief in God.

Two kind of Angels

• Good - Cherubim Seraphims
• Winged guardians of Gods throne St Michael
  Archangel, St Raphael, St. Gabriel
• Evil - Satan and demons
• False apostles, deceitful workmen, disguishing
  themselves as apostles of Christ.
• Satan disguises himself as an angel of light.

What Do they Do?

• Rescue, Guard, Keep, Protect, Bring us messages
  from God, Fight our daily Battles,
• Carry out Gods Desires.

Should we worship the Angels - pray to them as if
they are God?

• God says, No!
• Colossians 218 Let no man beguile you of your
  reward in a voluntary humility and worshipping of
  angels, intruding into those things which he hath
  not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind,...
