Demonstration Overview

• Content authors use MS Word interface to create
  XML Content (I4I Products)
• FileNet Repository, Classified and Declared to be
  an official Record
• BroadVision One to One Publishing
• Fine Grained XML element storage
• Workflow Controlled and Upon Approval
• Content is added to FileNet Official Record
• Content is published on the BroadVision Web
  Portal
• FileNet provides for classification and
  declaration of documents in a Content Repository
• Classifying a document is the process of
  selecting an appropriate prefix (subject) and
  file number
• Declaring a FileNET document creates a
  corresponding document profile in Provenance
  ForeMost under the prefix and file number in
  which the document was classified.

Demonstration Overview

• Once declared, the original document is managed
  by a responsible control group with privileged
  access.
• When the corresponding Provenance ForeMost
  document profile qualifies for disposition, the
  ForeMost process removes or transfers the
  original document from FileNET.
• The official record resides in the FileNET
  repository
• BroadVision Portal users view a read-only copy of
  the official record stored in FileNET
