comprises two steps - with the
decision-makers concerned HRM, in charge of
sector, direct line manager, - during direct
secondment of one of our consultants to the job

assessment methodAll accounts are
systematically handled by two consultants and a
research assistant and include

- in-depth interview with a consultant,

Assessment ? This can be envisaged
? either at the end
of recruitment once the company has selected
candidates according to
"technical skills" that are highly specific to
their business,
? either for new recruits at the end of the trial
period in view of promotion or
careers guidance or to develop an
additional training programme. ? This
assessment is individual and consists of tests
and an interview. It lasts approximately
half a day. This assessment, which we have been
using for 28 years, a proven track-record it
results in answers which are pertinent, clear and
precisely adapted to what the company expects of
its future employees. The use of this assessment
can also be foreseen in the case of promotions or
orientation of existing personnel or to assist in
the elaboration of additional training programs.
? In fact, this assessment allows a complete
appreciation of candidates, as well as a
full understanding of their working capabilities
? Potential and capacities,
especially the manner in which the candidate is
likely to actualize them
on the work-level. For example, assimilation
? Communication mode which the
individual will use with his colleagues, his
subordinates, his hierarchy or
with the environment outside his company

service, professional aspirations, reliability in
respect to the
confidentiality of certain job functions
? Personality in terms
of being well balanced stable and dependable. How

built and in which direction is it evolving

used to realize professional objectives and to
manage his/her career,

achieved between professional and
non-professional life, etc Our conclusions
? Are to a large extent the result of the
interaction of all of these elements, ?
Are formulated very concretely and concisely in
the form of a prognosis which clearly
states the chances for success in relation to the
available position ? Give the

controlling not only the strong points
and the qualities needing improvement in a
candidate joining the company, but also the
possibility of visualizing a long term future

candidates so that they can begin reflecting on

with a TPA consultant and research
