    that put emphasis on physical poses also require
    students to keep their minds focused. Since
    students may be entering the classroom after a
    busy routine or hectic day at work, they need to
    calm their nerves, so that they could prepare
    themselves mentally for upcoming hatha yoga
    training. You can ask your students to do light
    breathing exercises, conduct a short meditation,
    or even ask students to lie down in Savasana as
    soon as they enter the classroom.
