CAT Exam Pattern

• CAT is one of the most well-known entrance test
  for MBA to take admissions in IIMs and other
  famous B-Schools. It is conducted in Online mode.
• CAT Exam Pattern will comprises three sections
  namely Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension,
  Data Interpretation Logical Reasoning and
  Quanitative Aptitude.
• Candidate must solve 100 MCQs within three hours.

CAT Question Paper

• CAT Exam Pattern contains 100 Questions.
• Section A and Section B contains same number of
  questions i.e. 34 and Section C contains 32
  questions.
• CAT is conducted by Indian Institute of
  Management.
• Candidates must follow the instructions given by
  Invigilator. If candidate found making any
  disturbance, he/she will be disqualified.

Marking Scheme

• Total marks allotted for CAT Exam Pattern is 300.
  All the questions carry equal weightage.
• 3 marks will be given for every correct answer.
  But, there is 1/3rd negative marking in the
  question paper. Deduction of 1 mark for Incorrect
  answer.
• No deduction of marks for questions not attempted.
