diversity has been observed based on cultural
differences, but the most common types are the
following.
Authoritarian Style
Less supportive more demanding
Permissive Style
More tolerant less demanding
Uninvolved Style
Neither supportive nor demanding

Parents who depict this style are more loving and
caring but at the same time restrict their
children over the defined boundaries. They are
more responsive and demanding towards their
children and believe that the key elements in
child development are understanding and
respecting their children.

A child raised by authoritative parents has a
high sense of responsibility, regards their
parents, has excellent decision-making skills.
Psychologists prefer this because it has more
minor drawbacks.

controlling and strict, focusing more on
following rules. They are more demanding and less
responsive towards their children's needs. They
communicate less and expect more.
