    optimize performance. Specific negative effects
    of communication problems include a culture of
    distrust, limited employee engagement,
    uncertainty and ineffective customer interaction.
    Communication defines your personal as well as
    professional life. What you speak/express comes
    from your thoughts and quality of thoughts will
    decide the level you achieve in life.  Negative
    thoughts, attitude will make you feel demotivated
    and less enthusiastic. This will impact your
    mindset and once your mindset starts focusing on
    problems, you will see only problems coming your
    way. Communication with self is also an
    important. Negative self-talk will create
    personality issues and will impact all your
    relationships. Many a times we see this problem
    of negative self-talk, negative thoughts but we
    dont know how to stop this thoughts.
