LAST VOTER WALKS OUT FROM THE POLLING PLACE.
THIS IS WHY
IN A MULTIPLE DISTRICT POLLING SITE, AT THE CLOSE
OF ELECTION, ONE OF THE POLL WORKERS DECLARES
POLLS CLOSED . HE OR SHE OR ANOTHER POLLWORKER
STANDS AT THE END OF THE LINE TO ENSURE THAT
EVERY VOTER IN THE ROOM VOTES. SOME POLL WORKERS
WRONGLY WILL BELIEVE THAT NOBODY HAS TO VOTE AT
THEIR POLLING SITE. HOWEVER, THEY SUBSEQUENTLY
LEARN THAT THEY HAVE TO ACCEPT SOME VOTERS WHO
WERE WAITING IN THE WRONG LINE. A VOTER IN THIS
CASE MUST REPORT TO HIS OR HER CORRECT DISTRICT.
HOWEVER, IF THAT DISTRICTS MACHINE HAS BEEN
CLOSED, THE VOTER IS DISENFRANCHISED. THE VOTER
WILL LOSE HIS OR HER OPPRORTUNITY TO VOTE. THIS
SCENARIO MUST BE AVOIDED

SILVER BUTTON ON TOP OF THE CARTRIDGE DOWN WHILE
PULLING THE CARTRIDGE OUT.
PLACE CARTRIDGE IN COUNTY CLERKS ENVELOPE ALONG
WITH TWO (2) OFFICIAL ELECTION RESULTS REPORTS

2- PLACE THE OPERATOR PANEL, AND THE PROVISIONAL
BALLOT PRIVACY SCREEN, IN THE BACK OF THE MACHINE.
