Act of 1996
  • HIPAA protects private personal health info.

WHAT IS SEXUAL HARASSMENT
  • According to the Equal Employment opportunity
    Commission (EEOC) it is a form of sex
    discrimination prohibited by Title VII of the
    Civil Rights Act of 1964.
  • It is UNWELCOME sexual advances, requests for
    sexual favors, and other verbal or physical
    conduct of a SEXUAL NATURE.
