Fortunately for the town of Ulster, the library
is one of the better connected libraries in all
of NY state. But both NY and the country lag
much of the developed world in broadband
availability and use. The goal of a highly
available computing resource is to assist the
librarians in filling an ever-increasing demand
for computer related services. NY state's head
librarian would like every NY library to gain the
kind of technology resources Ulster has.

Its easy! Just come in with your photo ID and
your current address, fill out a registration
card your card will be issued on the spot! Kids
