• Triage possible injuries
• M-W-F 300-530
• Consult with athletes regarding stretches,
  prevention and care
• Follow-up therapy service (fee based) or referral
  for medical visit

• APEX Physical Therapy
• Brock Monger
• Consult with coaches
• Training for coaches on taping, stretching and
  injury prevention
• Consult with athletes regarding stretches,
  prevention and care
• Follow-up therapy service (fee based)

General Athletic Rules

• Be a fulltime student passing 4 out of 5 classes
• Pass 4 out of 5 classes last grading period
• Have a current physical (good for 2 years)
• Follow athletic code of conduct
• Attend all practices

General Athletic Rules

• Be in attendance at school ALL DAY on game day
• Travel to and from games on team bus unless a
  single trip form is completed prior to trip
• Participate in random drug testing program
• Pay participation fee of 50 per athlete (limit
  of 300 per family for the year)
