  • PURPOSE
  • Identify other entities working on priority
    areas, the work that has been done, and serve as
    point of interface
  • Identify best practices or models for system
    change
  • Develop specific strategies in each identified
    area
  • Develop points of measurement (measures of
    success/timelines)
  • Implement strategies and report to TWG
  • Recommend policy, rule or code changes
