  Single Sign On software (Could alter again
  within 90 days). PC Deployment start date
  04/01/05 could be at risk.
• Discussions with BT regarding N3 integration with
  Worcs Compromise agreement in progress
• Security Registration Authentication (Smart
  Card)
• Policy and Procedures (Interim) ready for
  sign-off
• Identified Users and Sponsors for Registration
  training
• Approx 1,370 (MHPT list still incomplete)
• Registration Agents 2/6 identified. Recruitment
  of remainder via Staff Bank in progress. RA
  Training booked for 16/17 Dec.
• Sites identified Currently being validated for
  suitability
