    two experienced academics in Summer 2005
  • an objective, unbiased and generally acceptable
    quality assessment can be conducted most easily
    by an independent body ARRA is a NGO
  • we know that involvement of people from outside
    the academia is a key success factor of the
    project

  • To provide objective, unbiased information on
    quality of education and research conducted by
    HEIs in Slovakia
  • To make the schools comparable
  • To give those who are interested (applicants,
    business, students, policy makers, general
    public) useful, easily understandable information
    on various aspects of quality of education and
    research
