Let's Visit Maple Cloud!
We visited a place where they turn sap into
syrup. To cook the sap you need an evaporator.
The evaporator evaporates all the water from the
sap. The sugar shack is called Maple Cloud.
This sample was taken from the evaporator after
the one to the left. As you can see, this one is
darker than the other one.
This sap has almost turned into maple syrup.

More Information About The Evaporator
She is pouring sap into the evaporator.
This is all the water that is evaporating from
the sap.

More Learning ...
This tool is called a ladle.
This tool is used to see how thick the syrup is.
It takes about 25-50 gallons of syrup to make a
bottle.
