VISION

• Reaching the disabled with the love of God

Mission

• Reaching out to the disabled persons through
  evangelism, discipleship, counseling, therapy,
  vocational training, education, involvement in
  social actions and establishing homes for
  accommodation, rehabilitation and training in
  order for them to be self reliant.

The first thing H.C.F did.

• Visiting the disabled in the city streets
• Visiting them in their houses Mostly in the
  slums
• Visit them in their upcountry homes
