  students, staff and visitors with current
  information regarding courses, activities,
  marketing and news.

• WHAT IS THE INFORMATION DISPLAY SYSTEM
• The System is driven by a program called
  Audience.tv. The master system works in
  conjunction with a website called Billboard.
  Through Billboard users can provide content
  information to be displayed on the LCD display
  units.

• Where are the video dISPLAY panels?
• Seven panels are located on Main Campus. Panels
  are located on Souch and Patricia Campuses.
• There are 2 LCD panels located on the 3rd floor
  of the HP Centre which were purchased by the
  School of Applied Media and Information
  Technology.
• The rest of the locations are as follows

• Step 1 Your manager prepares and forwards an
  email to infodisplay_at_nait.ca requesting user
  access for you.
• Please provide
• Name
• NAIT User ID
• eMail address
• Telephone number
• Step 2 You need approximately 30 minutes of
  training

• What type of content can be provided?
• Message Type Supported
• School, department and NAITSA content are
  supported.
• Message Types Not supported
• No personal messages
• No messages related to political issues
• No messages related to issue-based agendas
  (anti-abortion, an election, war in Afghanistan,
  etc.
• No personal sales-related messages
• No foul language, defamatory, racist or sexual
  messages
