The Brain Exercise

• There is a correlation between exercise and self
  esteem. Hypothesis sustained exercise leads to
  more endorphins in the brain. Endorphins are
  naturally occurring opiate-like substances that
  enhance feelings of comfort and well-being and
  decrease pain.
