• At 752 am this morning CHEMICAL CO A ran a NJ
  tag that came back as an Alert. Ran the DL and
  Alert was the same---individual is a Level 3
  Terrorist and not to alert subject as to Alert.
  All notifications as per the Alert have been
  made, e.g., Terrorist Screening Center, FBI. The
  contact agent was notified and the individual was
  allowed to enter CHEMICAL CO A and remains on
  site at this time. The FBI wants to be notified
  once the individual departs location. Subject is
  a vendor who is sampling fuel at the site.
