Multi-National PMOs
AITP October General Meeting Dinner
  • Global Program Management is a critical function
to enable multinational corporations to meet
their business strategies. Program Managers must
be prepared to overcome a unique set of
    additional obstacles when leading global
initiatives. Executives and stakeholders must be
in tune to these challenges and provide a
    corporate environment that supports global
collaboration and teaming. Todays panel will
discuss some of the actions companies take to
ensure the success of their global projects.
