  • To help customers on Incapacity Benefit focus on
    the help and support which is available to help
    them move forward and sustain employment while
    managing their health condition

  • 12 months with an option for a further 12 months

    approach between the customer, Jobcentre Plus
    Personal Advisers, successful tenderer and the
    NHS

  • To help customers on Incapacity Benefit focus on
    the help and support that is available via
    confidence and motivation training and by
    addressing the soft skills that employers tell
    us that they look for in their employees to
    improve the job prospects of all customers

    ANTICIPATED THAT ONLY THE MOST MOTIVATED AND JOB
    READY CUSTOMERS WILL ATTEND

  • Proof of Insurance
  • Compliance of Statutory Requirements
  • (HS, Equal Opps, DDA etc)
  • Financial Viability Risk Assessment

  • Answer questions, do not drift from the issue
  • Give supporting evidence where requested
  • Ensure all appropriate enclosures are submitted
  • Observe timescale
