• Suggested areas of cooperation from the CCA

• A pragmatic appraisal of where and how the UN
  system is likely to make the most difference
• Maximizing the potential for synergies

• Building on comparative advantages?

cluster, using a verb like support, reduce,

Group Work Instructions

• Materials
• A card set of the
• the 8 MDGs
• the areas of cooperation from the CCA
• national priorities
• 7 8 half sheets of flipchart paper per group
• Task
• Using the filters, cluster the cards into 3-5
  groups that represent possible areas of programme
  cooperation
• For each cluster, prepare an action statement on
  flip chart using verbs like support.., reduce
  increase.., strengthen
• Report these action statements in plenary
