Honorary Salary for the Web-Master

• Whereas there was no volunteer from the graduate
  student body.
• Whereas we needed a web site for CGS to
  concentrate our efforts.
• Whereas the new graduate office wants CGS to
  interact with the graduate students more.
• Whereas the new website has a lot of useful links
  to offer to the graduate student body.
• Whereas we have an open forum for the graduate
  students.

Honorary Salary for the Web-Master

• THEREFORE, BE IT Tabled and then resolved that
  the University of Missouri Rolla Council of
  Graduate Students fixes an Honorary Salary for
  the web-master.
• MAY IT FURTHER BE RESOLVED that the web-master
  would receive 50 per month for his efforts, from
  the CGS account, starting September,2007 through
  December,2007.

Changes in constitution for NEW Graduate Students

• Members of the Board of Representatives must
• Be classified by the University as a graduate
  student
• Have a 3.0 or higher cumulative UMR grade point
  average
• Not be on academic or disciplinary probation
• Not hold any office within Student Council or any
  other organization that may have conflict of
  interest with CGS
• Not hold any other office within CGS.
• All new students are eligible to be on the board
  of representatives provided the above conditions
  are met in subsequent semesters.

Salaries for the Executive Board

• Please consider the paper copy of the proposal
  given to you -
• A committee will be established that would decide
  on the statements of the proposal.
• The committee can be formed by any member of the
  CGS.
• The committee would consist of 5 members.
• The committee would give us its MID report on the
  second General Meeting on September 20th.
• The committee would give us its FINAL report on
  the third General Meeting on October, 18th.

• Decision on the event would take place on the
  next General Meeting on September, 20th.
• Committees would be decided after the decision is
  made on September, 20th.
