suggestions in making SPM-ICON 2005 a very

Election Process

• Current members (in good standing with PMI PMI
  Bangalore) will be eligible to participate in
  election
• Current email id registered by member with PMI
  will be used for all corespodence related to
  election
• Open positions along with candidate names will be
  emailed to members
• Each member is eligible to cast one vote for each
  open position
• Only first response received from official email
  id (registered with PMI) will be considered for
  count
• Time allowed to vote by email will be 5 working
  days
• Vote counting to be done in next 10 days
  results will be announced
