Constraints

• New organization structure of BAKORNAS PB is not
  established yet.
• PUSDALOPS is prepared to be up-grade
• Lack of technical and experienced staff to
  support the operation center.
• Lack of infrastructure to support the operation
  center.
• Communication gap between national and local
  government.

Summary

• National Response Plan is urgently needed, to be
  a guidelines for all institutions to prepare
  their SOP.
• PUSDALOPS BAKORNAS PB is being up-grade to be
  National Emergency Operation Center, and will be
  accomplished with SOP for Emergency Response
  (including for Tsunami Warning System)
