  • The purpose of the process is to positively
    impact student achievement by asking the
    following questions of central office personnel
  • Are we being effective as administrators in
    supporting our schools and how do we know?
  • Are we building capacity in our schools and
    closing achievement gaps for all students and how
    do we know?

  • the review of the TCSPP process,

    system plan.

  • Using Reviewer Comments and Most Current Data,
    Update to include any new data sources.
  • Who was involved in the collaboration in
    developing TCSPP? Was the process inclusive?
    Have we included everyone?
  • As we transition into year two for the purpose of
    rubric review, to receive a 4, the system must
    have all central office representatives and 5
    additional stakeholders included on the
    systemwide leadership team. For each of the
    component leadership teams, the system may
    include some or all of the central office
    representatives.
  • What are the data sources for the Tennessee
    County Schools? Provide the list of all academic
    and nonacademic data.
