• Too more
• There are altogether 330 shopping centers in
  the capitals of all the provinces in China
• Too big
• Many shopping centers are too big to operated.
  The quantity of customer is not enough to support
  the whole center.
• Too far
• Suburban shopping mall is too far. The local
  community is not enough to support, other
  customers have no private car to arrive.
