prison. One of them said "Verily, I saw myself

said) "Inform us of the interpretation of this.
Verily, we think you are one of the Muhsinûn

Bread is a staple food that has been eaten since
prehistoric times. Bread is made from grains such
as wheat, oat, barley, rye and corn. Simple
breads are made from grains and milk or water.
Some breads rise due to the addition of
ingredients such as baking power, baking soda, or
yeast.

have been promised (is that) in it are rivers of
water the taste and smell of which are not

milk
Milk is a very nutritious food. People drink
milk in its natural form or make many products
from milk such as butter, yogurt, and ice
cream. All mammals make milk. Humans typically
drink milk from cows, sheep, or goats.
And verily, in the cattle, there is a lesson for
you. We give you to drink of that which is in
their bellies, from between excretions and blood,
pure milk palatable to the drinkers. 1666

water
Water is a liquid that is a necessity for almost
all plants. Water covers more than three-fourths
of the surface of the earth. Water can be found
in things like lakes, seas, oceans, rivers,
streams, springs, ponds, rain, snow, hail, and
frost.
And We send the winds fertilizing (to fill
heavily the clouds with water), then cause the
water (rain) to descend from the sky, and We give
it to you to drink, and it is not you who are the
owners of its stores 1522
