• K. Venkateswara Rao M.A., MBA
• Venkat, Head of Operations Elite, is entrusted
  with Elite group operations in India. He comes to
  Elite with a vast marketing, management
  corporate experience of over 10 years from the
  Bharti Group. Venkat was Instrumental in
  successfully creating and supporting brand AirTel
  at Bharti, setting up network infrastructure,
  establishing an aggressive Sales distribution
  network across coastal belt of Andhra Pradesh.
  Was inducted into the coveted AP AirTel
  Managers Club (Club 30). As Zonal Manager for
  SME/Corporate vertical at Bharti, Venkat had been
  instrumental in instituting innovative marketing
  strategies. Venkat is a post graduate in Arts and
  holds a management degree from Symbiosis, Pune.

• Rai, ERP Vertical head at Elite, comes with
  about 13 years of professional experience in
  Information Technology including 9 years of
  hands on domestic and international SAP
  implementation, SAP system integration and SAP
  support experience. Rai has been instrumental in
  many successful SAP implementations in various
  capacities at international companies such as
  Shell Global Services Organization, National Grid
  UK, Scotts Company, Ohio, USA, Nike Inc., USA and
  Indian Companies like M M, Reliance etc. Rai
  holds Engineering Degree from IET Lucknow
  Management Degree from NITIE, Mumbai, a premium
  Management Institute. Rai was a Sr. SAP Project
  Manager at Wipro Technologies before joining
  Elite. Rai is SAP certified in Sales
  Distribution (SD) and ABAP skill areas.
