The art. 1 of the law 381/91 defines the
cooperatives social as undertaken the purpose
to pursue the general interest of the community
to the human promotion and the social integration
of the citizens . The cooperative societies,
therefore, organize his/her own resources for the
pursuit of social finality and the human
promotion, from to realize through the management
of partner-sanitary services, educational or
favoring, through the carrying out of productive
activity, the insertion in the working world of
disadvantaged persons.

Which types social " cooperatives " are?

Objective of the project EQUAL to identify
organizational strategies and you model quality
from to apply to the field of the cooperative
enterprises with the purpose to develop the
competitiveness and the adaptability inside the
market. To develop methods finalized to the
stability, l consolidation, to the amelioration
of the quality of the places of employment in the
cooperative enterprises. Particular attention
will have turned to the working conditions of the
disadvantaged partners and the women.
