The Business - Part I
1 - DOZ prepares projections and financial
feasibility studies with the focus on the const-
ruction process, and the investor and
general partner benefits (i.e. IRR
calculation). 2 - DOZ assists the client in
preparing the application focusing on
providing accurate financial
information. 3 - DOZ assists in the application
process and advises the developers on
available financing/syndication
sources. 4 - DOZ assists the developer in
issues related to obtaining the 10
