funded through homeland Security Grants, General
Operating Funds, Training and Educational funding
Program dependant labor, travel and material
All funding from non Department of Defense
partners is done via a Cooperative Research and
Development Agreement (CRADA)

INFRAGARD
  • School Terrorism Awareness and Response Exercise
    (STAR09)
  • 3rd iteration of a multi-year program with
    INFRAGARD
  • Designed and developed an exercise that explored
    the consequences of a terrorist incident on a
    school campus from the perspective of emergency
    response agencies, the private sector, and the
    educational community
  • Increased the overall readiness of those agencies
    and organizations charged with responding to and
    recovering from a terrorist attack on an
    educational facility

Coastal Trident Series
  • Coastal Trident Port Security Program
  • 2nd phase of a multi-year program with Oxnard
    Harbor District
  • Designed and delivered Emergency Operations
    Center (EOC) and Port Security exercise and
    training program designed to increase the
    proficiently of Port Operators, Emergency
    Managers, Port Security and Operations in a
    simulated multi-agency response.
  • Built on previous 2 years of port security
    exercises
  • Fulfilled the Annual Port Security Exercise per
    US Coast Guard Requirements
  • Prepared educational foundation for FY10 full
    scale exercise (18-19 Nov 2009)
