    avoiding doing something that must be done.

  • Have a comfortable chair, enough light and a
    comfortable temperature.
  • Find a place with minimal distractions (t.v.,
    computer).
  • Find a place free from interruptions
    (telephone).
  • Do not study on your bed.

    grades.
  • Read the textbook before class.

  • Bring highlighter to note information
    stressed during lecture.

    confusing and see your instructor after class
