To give away money is an easy matter and in any
mans power. But to decide to whom to give it,
and how large and when, and for what purpose and
how, is neither in every mans power nor an
easy matter. Hence it is that such excellence is
rare, praiseworthy and noble.

Parent Resource Center
61
"I'm a working mom who had trouble meeting other
mothers after I moved from the City to Port
Washington.  Joining the PRC and participating on
its Board gave me the opportunity to get to know
women that I would not have otherwise met.  The
PRC provides an unparalleled environment for
enriching children's lives while at the same time
connecting women who share at least one common
interest - mothering."  PRC Parent
62
  • The PRC has been a home away from home for us.
It was a real life line for me as a new Mom and
continues to be a great source of fun, friends,
and a great way to give back through the numerous
    volunteer opportunities it offers.
  • PRC parent

I love being a part of the Parent Resource
Center. It is such a pleasant environment with so
many resources to draw upon. I don't know how I
would have met so many wonderful people in town
without it!  PRC parent
