Company Profile
ZYTO Corp is revolutionizing the way people make
decisions. Using the principles of biology,
quantum physics, and the science of information,
we facilitate meaningful communication between
computers and the human body in a sequence of
elegance the computer poses the question, the
body answers, and not a word is spoken. The
process is a stimulus-response exchange. The
computer outputs a digital signature representing
the question, which takes many forms depending on
the context of the experience. Its called a
bio-survey. Each bio-survey is designed to give
decision makers subconscious data. This approach
to information gathering has proven its value
over the last several years in hundreds of
medical practices and with tens of thousands of
patients around the world. As a software
company ZYTO continues to innovate solutions to
every day decision needs. New applications will
be sold directly to consumers and deployed via
cell phones and over the internet. This allows
ZYTO to experience rapid growth and significant
profit margins.

TECHNOLOGY
ZYTO technology links computers to humans (and
pets) and collects information through a process
called a bio-survey. Health professionals use
LSA Pro and Balance bio-surveys to give them more
information about their patients. You can think
of it as an extension of the health
history. When a person puts her hand on the hand
cradle, ZYTO software begins an automatic
stimulus-response sequence. Essentially the
computer asks questions and the persons body
answers.
The Compass is a consumer application being
marketed through direct marketing companies who
sell nutritional products.
EVOX is an add-on of the LSA Pro. This package
opens new opportunities for stress assessment and
management. and enhances the health
professionals ability to individualize patient
care.
In 2008 ZYTO will launch more consumer
applications that will be available for download
direct to cell phones and through the internet.
These applications will expand the bio-survey
process to applications not related to health.
Future applications of ZYTO technology include
performance (productivity) enhancement and
accelerated learning.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
These are typical of reviews ZYTO regularly
receives from healthcare professionals who are
customers.
"I work at an Integrative Medical department in
one of the top ten heart/stroke hospitals in the
country. I've been doing EAV point testing since
1991 but I didn't want to be touching hands and
feet for the rest of my life. The LSA is much
quicker and gives me more information. - Jane
Oelke Ph.D., N.D. Michigan
"I really like the LSA system because it takes
the operator out of the sequence, the effect of
the operator is minimized, you want to have the
ability to know where to go next but you don't
want to effect the testing. - Bill Wolfe D.D.S.

Health Professional Market Strategy
In the health professional market ZYTO teams up
with companies whose interests are complementary.
SAM Strategic Alliance Member Co.
These are nutraceutical companies who sell
products to healthcare professionals. SAMs
benefit by selling more product when their
customers incorporate the ZYTO Balance and LSA
Pro into their practices. SAM companies
facilitate the introduction of ZYTO technology to
their customers.
Clinic Staff Customer
When ZYTO technology is sold to SAM customers,
ZYTO and the SAM company cooperate in the
training and implementation process. The goal is
quick, profitable implementation.
ZYTO Sales Team
ZYTO sales personnel are assigned to specific SAM
companies. This allows for maximum continuity
and coordination and well as a point person for
SAM customers.
15
Health Professional Market Strategy
SAM Strategic Alliance Member Co.
Because clinicians have ready access to reliable
prescriptive data they are able to dispense more
products to more patients. This has significant
bottom-line benefits to the SAM.
Coordination of marketing efforts to keep SAM
companies in the loop allows ZYTO to offer
further buying incentives.
Clinic Staff Customer
The Clinic Staff is the focus of attention. All
ZYTO efforts are designed to make the clinic
money by succeeding more rapidly as the result of
selecting the most appropriate products for each
individual patient.
ZYTO Team
The ZYTO team remains in contact with the Clinic
Staff to insure they are trained on all aspects
of the ZYTO technology and comfortable using it.
Patient/Client
Patients benefit because their nutriceutical
combination is specific for them. They are more
compliant because the LSA System demonstrates to
them the benefit they will receive from following
the practitioners orders.
16
GROWTH STRATEGY
ZYTOs growth strategy is a cash flow strategy.
The first objective is to close a sufficient
number of sales to allow the company to operate
from monthly subscription payments. This will
happen at approximately 4,000 sales. Beyond that
point cash flow can be available for expansion
applications.
In addition to this current focus, ZYTO is
developing consumer applications for its
technology cross-pollinating consumers with
health professionals and partnering with other
technology companies to deploy consumer
applications in various market segments.
17
PROFITABILITY
  • ZYTOs product lineup consists primarily of
    software.
  • Product development costs are absorbed on the
front and cost of product thereafter is very low.
  • This makes incremental sales very profitable, and
gives ZYTO the luxury of flexibility
  • flexibility to implement subscription based
    revenue model
  • flexibility to explore bolder marketing
    alternatives
  • flexibility to partner in more creative ways
  • flexibility to make market share its initial
    primary objective
