Appraisal Summary Statements

    provided to enable the appraiser to make
    assessments about the appraisee.
  • Whether there has been satisfactory progress with
    key elements in the previous years Personal
    Development Plan.
  • Agreement that the Personal Development Plan has
    been derived from the current years appraisal
    discussion and should enable progress towards
    revalidation.
