• Snow small white ice crystals formed directly
  from the water vapor of the air.
• A fall of snow crystals.
• Ice crystals within clouds become to heavy for
  air to hold, they fall to the earth as a form of
  precipitation, such as snow, sleet, rain, snow
  pellets or hail.

• Snow is formed by precipitation that consists of
  crystals of ice.
• Snow crystals usually start from tiny droplets of
  super-cold water.
• Water forms around dust.

• Ice crystals form is a cloud temp. that is below
  freezing or less than 32F (0C).
• The ice crystals take on different forms as they
  fall.

• Hail an ice crystal may be carried by strong
  winds throughout thunderclouds, many layers.
• The ice crystals will collide with super-cold
  water pellets, refreeze and increase the size.
• When the ice crystals become to heavy for air to
  hold, it will fall to the earth as a hailstone

  Rain- falls from water droplets cloud or when the
  ground level air temperature is over 39F

• After a Blizzard people have to dig there cars
  out of the snow with a BIG shovel.
• People can also die in Blizzards.
• In the story The School House Blizzard there was
  a BIG Blizzard and it covered the School House.
  
• ALL the people in the building died.

• Plant die in the snow cause them to freeze up.
• During the winter many animals hibernate.
• Animals freeze in the ice sometimes not always.
• It is hard for many animals to find food in the
  winter.
• When it snows most nature dies except sometimes
  animals dont die because they hibernate.
• Also animals can be fossilized in ice.

• The North Pole and the South Pole are always very
  cold.
• There is always snow and ice on the ground even
  in the summer.
• The seas near by are often frozen solid.

  tiny drops of water in the clouds become frozen.

  to gardens for food.
