What is Compositing?
Another way to cut down on the amount of
garbage. Some examples of things that can be
composted are lawn clippings, apple cores,
orange peels and vegetable rinds. People can
compost these things by placing them in a
special box outside where they break down into a
dark, thick, dirt-like material called compost.

  • Reusing items keeps them from becoming trash
  • Get more than one use out of the items that you
    have!
