To make the picture fly from left to right, choose Slide Show/Custom Animation, which will bring up the following dialog box:

Select the top arrow and choose Fly from Left.
Then choose OK. Now the picture will
automatically fly from the left.

To preview or watch the presentation of the
image, choose Slide Show/ Animation Preview,
which will automatically display the presentation.

To customize transition in a box out manner,
choose Slide Show/ Slide Transition, which will
bring up the following dialog box

Select the top arrow and choose Dissolve. Then
choose Apply.
