  does not have to be hard. Grabbing streaming
  content or working with recorded video should be
  simple. The current generation of free and low
  cost utilities makes it easy to capture,
  manipulate, and organize video for the classroom.
  Student project examples and free software will
  be available. (Appropriate for elementary and
  middle school grade levels.)
