Human VS Alien
  • By Amber Bailey

2
  • Once upon a time there was a planet call Uranus
and on that planet there was a bunch of aliens
called MARTIANS. The year of 2012 the NASA team
decided to go to the planet. Man this place is
full of space junk said Jason. Yeah it sure is
bud, now hand me that spit cup said the random
hillbilly across the street that was traveling
    with them.

3
  • Hey can you guys keep it down I am trying to fix
my makeup said the guy that works at the hotdog
cart. We made it to the Martians home keep a low
profile and dont say anything said Jason.

4
  • But sir I have to um use the space pot said the
hillbilly. Here you to stay on the ship said
Jason. Wow sir you can see the circular Earth
from here said the guy who works at the hotdog
stand. You, that earth is not round its flat said
    the hillbilly.

5
  • I said it is flat now go away or I shall send you
to Mars, said the Alien. We sent the alien to the
sun and the alien went but he exploded and thats
how all of the planets were made. The sun is a
giant star and it consists of plasma and it is
not a solid planet. Next is Mercury

6
  • Now that we are at mercury can I go play, said
the hillbilly. No you cant because it has a rocky
plain and I dont want you to fall said the
hotdog guy. Mercury has no atmosphere and that
has a huge effect on the planet's surface and
temperature. It has many craters of all sizes.

7
  • Now that we have explored mercury now lets go to
Venus. Wow look at all of those moons there is
12345610 there are 10 moons. Venus doesnt
have any organic life. It has the most dense
    atmosphere than any other planet.

8
  • Now we are on to Earth. Earth contains life and
71 is water. Can we go see my dear mother said
the hillbilly. You can but I am not going said
Jason. Awl come on she made cookies said the
    hotdog guy.

9
  • Fine we will go but only for a little while said
Jason. Can I take my makeup said the hotdog guy.
Oh no we have to go to Mars because we only have
2 more days to get to Pluto before time runs out
said Jason. Wait doesnt you mom live on Uranus
ha said the hotdog guy. Guys there is a giant
monster behind you and its blue and its holding a
cookie said the hillbilly. Yeah right said Jason
and Hotdog guy. His name is

10
  • The cookie monster!!! Said the hillbilly

11
  • Now lets get out of here and go to Mars before we
get eaten said Jason. Okay but I am definitely
playing there said the hillbilly. Okay you can
until I get there you guys go ahead said Jason. I
made it to mars now where is those 2 rascals oh I
see them now hey guys said Jason. Oh hey look
they have a swing set said the hotdog guy and the
    hillbilly.

12
  • Well does anyone know anything about mars? Said
Jason. Yes it has the largest volcano in the
Solar System. It is called Olympus Mons. Bye Im
going to Jupiter so I can find some more facts
said Jason. Okay we are going to go back to earth
so I can eat some cookies said the two boys.
Jupiter has a lot of cool facts ill list two.
  • 1. The mass of Jupiter is 318 times the mass of
    the Earth.
  • 2. The rings around Jupiter were the third set of
rings discovered in the Solar System, after
    Saturn (of course) and Uranus.

13
  • Well now I am going to Saturn said Jason but no
one answered. Here are some facts abut Saturn.
  • 1. Saturn is the least dense planet in the Solar
    System.
  • 2. Saturn is a flattened ball.
  • 3. Saturn has 60 moons.
  • 4.
  • Did you know that Saturn's rings sometimes
    disappear.

14
  • I am at Uranus and here are some cool facts.
  • 1. Uranus is the coldest planet in the Solar
    System.
  • 2.Uranus is turned over on its side.
  • 3. Summer on Uranus lasts one long day 42
    years.
  • 4. Uranus is the second least dense planet.

15
  • Now I am at Neptune. Here are some cool facts.
  • 1. Neptune is the most distant planet
  • 2. Neptune is the smallest of the gas giants.
  • 3. Neptunes surface gravity is almost Earthlike.
  • 4. Neptune has the strongest winds in the Solar
    System.

16
  • Now I made it to Pluto. Here are some cool facts.
  • Pluto has an atmosphere
  • Pluto has 3 moons
  • Pluto hasnt cleared out its orbit
  • Pluto is actually a binary system
  • Well I hope you enjoyed this fun adventure
    through the solar system.
  • Earth is not flat it is almost a perfect sphere.
    Here is proof.

17
Asteroids
  • 1. Asteroids are the remnants left over after the
    formation of the solar system.
  • 2. The largest one, Ceres, is about the size of
    Texas.
  • 3. They can contain water, iron, silicates, and
some heavy metals - like gold, lead, and uranium.
  • 4. If Jupiter were further out in it's orbit (or
didn't exist at all), the asteroid belt between
Mars Jupiter probably would've formed a
    Mercury-sized planet.
  • 5. Both of Mars' moons, and at least 10 of
    Jupiter's are probably captured asteroids.

18
Meteors
  • 1. When a meteor produces enough light to cast a
shadow on the earth it is called a fireball.
  • 2. A meteor is a tiny particle from outer space
that produces light as it enters the earth's
    atmosphere.
  • 3. When a fireball explodes in the atmosphere, it
    is called a bolide.
  • 4. Meteors, in size, range from a grain of sand
    to a baseball.
  • 5. The largest meteors are sometimes broken bits
    of asteroids.

19
Comets
  • 1. When a meteor produces enough light to cast a
shadow on the earth it is called a fireball.
  • 2. A meteor is a tiny particle from outer space
that produces light as it enters the earth's
    atmosphere.
  • 3. When a fireball explodes in the atmosphere, it
    is called a bolide.
  • 4. Meteors, in size, range from a grain of sand
    to a baseball.
  • 5. The largest meteors are sometimes broken bits
    of asteroids.
