Edward Tuccio is presently working as the Chief
Financial Officer at Tuccio Development Inc. He
founded this residential development company with
the purpose to develop residential property and
build single family homes with exceptional value.
He successfully established 11 new multi-home
subdivisions through extensive meetings and
negotiating. Tuccio family has build more than
1000 distinctive homes in the Ridgefield New
Milford New Fairfield and Brookfield area.

Edward Tuccio has years of experience in
structuring analyzing and negotiating highly
complex transactions. He transformed a family
owned start-up company to become a large
success. He has been an active member of
Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF)
since 1998. JDRF aims to raise funds for type 1
diabetes research (T1D) and spread awareness
about T1D.

• He participated in the Walk to Cure Diabetes the
  biggest fundraising event in U.S. He ran the NYC
  marathon in 1993 and also ran the Boys and Girls
  Club Turkey Trot.
• He was one of the walkers at Walk to Cure
  Diabetes the biggest fundraising event in U.S.
  organized by JDRF.
• He is also a hockey and baseball coach.
• He has special expertise in structuring
  analyzing sourcing and negotiating highly
  complex real estate transactions.
