Getting to the essence of CMG FORECASTING!
OVERALL OBJECTIVE
  • Simplify the process and enhance the content of
the color product (colors, report-backs, cards,
    information)
  • Focus all the energy (workshops, conversations,
report-backs) on whats coming NEXT and capturing
the influences and trends. Enough time and
energy have been spent on Established why stay
up all night to report what we all know?
  • Visually show the trends in color (by hue) and
see how and why theyve moved and will ultimately
    be trending over time

RED FAMILY
INFLUENCES TRENDS
gt There is a warming of the red family overall,
especially influenced by the rise of coral in the
palette. Ethnic influences continue in the
red family, the most high-energy on the whole
palette. gt The NEXT red is a marriage of red
and coral, this barn red hue works well with
grays, warm yellows, midtone greens and
blues. WeatheRED has a gray undertone and low
chroma. It's not a screaming red, but a very
livable red that will enliven interior
spaces.
