Jason Walker, Victoria, BC has been a management
and human resource consultant with over a decade
of experience that he attained while playing
progressive leadership roles in both public and
private sectors. He has a vast experience in
health care administration, academia,
social/behavioral sciences, operations and people
management, emergency services and industrial
organizational psychology. Apart from this, he
has led an organization as an administrator of
the largest complex care hospital in the health
authority and offered vision, leadership, and
guidance for corporate quality and accreditation
for more than 100 facilities and 16,000 employees.

Jason Walker, Victoria, worked very effectively
with a great number of organizations and senior
government officials including Assistant Deputy
Ministers, Deputy Ministers, CEOs, etc. while
performing the roles of Regional Coroner for the
Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General,
Policy Advisor for the Ministry of Health, a
consultant for a BC Human Resources firm, and
Senior Manager with the BC Ambulance (Paramedic)
Services. For 6 years, he taught a multitude of
undergraduate and graduate students at the
university level in numerous fields that include
social work, child and youth care, psychology,
nursing and medicine.

In addition to this, he has designed and taught
various courses in child maltreatment and was
also a published author in peer reviewed journals
and government publications. From 2003 to 2005,
he was a research and teaching assistant at the
University of Calgary where he performed his
research and teaching duties as a PhD student
under the supervision of senior faculty. Besides
this, he was a registered Clinical Counsellor
from 2008 to 2010 and delivered health and
wellness multi-disciplinary services.

From 2011 to present, Jason Walker, Victoria,BC
has been serving The McPherson Group HR Inc. as
a Principal and Senior Consultant, specializing
in human resource and corporate solutions to
solve operational and policy issues, focusing on
human resource issues, research, policy and
investigations such as harassment and bullying,
etc. He is also a Consultant at ESP Consulting
Ltd., Williams Lake, and offers consulting
services such as research and responding to
