Twin Lobe Roots Blowers
Twin lobe roots blowers and tri-lobe rotary
compressors are positive displacement blowers.
This means that even at moderate compression
ratios efficiency is high. This makes them
particularly suitable to be used in industries
where the rate of flow is regular at different
discharge pressures.

Pneumatic Conveying System
These are systems that use transportation lines
like pipes to transport materials using a stream
of air. Air under high velocity facilitates
movement of light and dry products such as cement
powder from the input to the output point.
Machines such as twin lobe roots blowers are used
to generate the required air.

Central Vacuum Cleaning System
The blowers application here involves removal of
dirt and dust from buildings by blowing a stream
of air through a pipe and disposing the dirt via
the exhaust point. This keeps the building clean
even in areas where it is hard to access and
clean manually.

Charging of Kilns in Cement and Steel Plants
Kiln charging involves depositing large amounts
of products in powder form into the kiln to be
heated. The roots blower is used to transport
these products in pipes and deposits them into
the kiln with speed and efficiency.

Effluent and Sewage Treatment Plants
High velocity air from the twin lobe roots blower
is allowed into pipes to facilitate movement or
flow effluents into their desired points of
delivery. Efficiency of the roots blower makes it
an effective aid in transportation.

Aeration in Storage silos
Silos are used for storage of bulk products such
as cereals, for instance. Due to pressure, the
grains may be compressed till they turn into a
fine powder. This can be a hazard as a spark
could trigger a major explosion due to the air
being filled with grain dust. Silos are thus
aerated by streams of high velocity air to remove
and prevent accumulation of such dust or dirt.

Dewatering
The materials that are supposed to be dewatered
are moved along a porous belt with a vacuum
chamber beneath it. The rotor blower channels dry
and high velocity air to expel the excess water.
