    students, faculty etc, private individuals,
    commercial users
  • User registration maintained by central admin.
    office
  • Books are sent to home or work address
  • Loan period is four weeks
  • Return by mail (paid by the user)

    users is 9 Euros (13,4)
  • Same fee applicable for all participating
    libraries
  • Add 1 up to 7 Euros for express delivery (this

  • Renewals allowed
  • Free return via a library (uses national library
    courier service The Library Express)
