In his first weekly address since being sworn in
as the 44th president of the United States,
President Barack Obama discusses how the American
Recovery and Reinvestment Plan will jump-start
the economy. "This is not just a short-term
program to boost employment," he said. "Its one
that will invest in our most important priorities
like energy and education health care and a new
infrastructure that are necessary to keep us
strong and competitive in the 21st century. The
Administration is still working with Congress to
refine the plan, but in the address, President
Obama lays out the key priorities. He goes into
detail, noting that the plan will update our
electric grid by laying more than 3,000 miles of
transmission lines weatherize 2.5 million homes
protect health insurance for more than 8 million
Americans in danger of losing their coverage
secure 90 major ports renovate 10,000 schools
and triple the number of science fellowships.

Program Structure The Foundation 20/20s
Green Home Projects is a Practical, how-to
book designed to assist people with weatherizing
their home. Basic Projects include weather
stripping, compact fluorescent bulbs, faucet
aerators 22 additional inexpensive practical
projects that will reduce utility bills and
consumption. All projects cost LESS than 75
most cost approximately 25. Everyone receives
this booklet, that is customized Cover in your
Corporate colors, your Logo or Your own Cover
Design and Front page Letter of Commitment
from the President of Company.

Program Structure The Framework 20/20s Green
Our Nation program is a residential energy
efficiency program which can be easily completed
by anyone with mobility and a 6th grade reading
level. We Train your Team Leaders nationwide to
motivate enthusiasm for aving money on utility
bills and being a part of our 2.5
million homes weatherized by 2010. Team Leaders
may be your Safety Team Leaders, Managers, Green
Team Leaders and/or Shift Supervisors. You
specify. Training is provided On-Sight
collectively by region, zone or some other format
designated by you. Or virtually by link-up and
teleconferencing. Customized
to fit your needs and requirements.

their utility use over time on line This
creates a greater level of excitement and
engagement from participantsas Teams vie for
the Top Energy aving pot. This data collected
and tabulated over time provides excellent PR
opportunities. From the Beginning of this
program, MARCOM should be involved and/or any
PR/Advertising Firm you employ. Overtime, you
will have substantive data on the collective
reduction of your extended carbon footprint,
vis-à-vis 20/20s Green Our Nation program.
Reductions maybe able to be combined with other
programs for various energy efficiency and CO2
reduction programs.

water purification systems, free attic
insulation It can be as INCENTIVIZING as a
Hydro Water Clock (3) when all water projects
are completed. A hand-crank LED Flashlight (3)
when lighting is done. Tee Shirt when air leaks
are sealedyou get the picture. Incentivizing
and Recognition of those who ACT will elicit a
far greater level of participation and continued
data recordings, overtime. Especially at this

STEP One Sign a Letter of Commitment to run
this program letter indicates How Many
employees will be involved and When program will
begin (typically 3 - 6 months out). STEP Two
Working with MARCOM, PR, HR and Ad Agency, issue
press releases locally in each city you serve,
state wide send information directly to your
Congressperson and Senators. STEP Three Splash
notification to employees on line, through
paychecks, meetings, conference calls, etc.
Build Excitement! STEP Four Order Program books
with desired level of customization and branding
in language translations (Spanish or English)
that best serve the demographics of your people.
