INTRODUCTION

• Built in Waterbury, VT from 1935 to 1938
• Surface area is maintained at 860 acres
• The reservoir was drained from July 10th, 2001 to
  August 9th, 2001.

Methods

• Four cores were taken and one pit was dug
• The pit was dug to a volume of 1m x 1m x 1m
• All cores and pits were located with a GPS meter.
