Statement
If we can teach our children to love themselves,
by precept and example, we can build in them and
in ourselves, spiritual strength. In todays
society, the very word spiritual is often met
with suspicion and resistance. Yet it is
fundamental to who we are and how we conduct our
lives. Spirit is by definition the breath of
life. Our thoughts can infuse, expand, and
enlarge that spirit.  
In todays society, the very word spiritual is
often met with suspicion and resistance. A man
can only rise, conquer, and achieve by lifting up
his thoughts. He can only remain weak, abject,
and miserable by refusing to do so. To lift up
our minds to noble and lofty thoughts is to
acknowledge something outside of ourselves some
fundamental truth, be it Nature, God, the
Universe, a belief or philosophy. Such ideals,
thoughts, and values fill us with warmth and
motivate us for good. From such comes the
strength and resolve to do good, face any
circumstance, and stand firm in our
convictions. Encouraging and building spiritual
strength is at the core of strengthening
families. It is our goal to present uplifting,
encouraging, and useful material in support of
good thoughts, high ideals, virtuous action, and
the Truth.

One Heart's mission is to Strengthen
individuals by providing guiding
principles that unite families and society
through faith, courage, love,
commitment and integrity."

We believe strongly that we are all governed,
regardless of race, religion, or culture by
certain universal truths and correct principles
. . . principles such as The Golden Rule. We
also believe that families are made strong when
members within a family become strengthened as
individuals. When true and correct principles are
instilled in the mind and heart, families and
individuals are intrinsically prepared to make
responsible decisions and respond to life's most
difficult challenges. It is
our goal to seek out, produce, and publish
information and material supportive of these
common and true principles for use in
strengthening the family and its individual
members.

chronic illnesses or financial challenges on how
to keep the family together and their marriages
intact. We publish books, articles, music, and
resource publications addressing issues facing
families today. Our internet sites are listed

valuable, free information on many family-related
topics. We also produce live events, television
programming and community service spots, sharing
content, activities, products and helpful tips
for families everywhere.
